Set Work-Hours per Workspace and make it better
* Working hours should be set per workspace, not per user
* Workday should be able to set within the 24 hours, not restricted to some hours
* User should be able to chose, how much of the 24 hours should be shown in the timerail
* The time rail should indicate, which part of the shown day is selected as working hours
